Idea Gathering information
My name is Shane O'Neill I am currently playing for Toronto FC in Major League Soccer but am from Boulder Colorado. I wanted to share that information because I live in Toronto for about 10 months of the year and spend the two months in the offseason back in Boulder. I currently own a property there but it is rented out so when I am back for the offseason I end up staying with my parents and get the occasional Airbnb if I need some space. I have posted before about the desire to own land and potentially have a spot where I could decompress and relax in the offseason. I would love to get connected with someone who has dealt with Airbnb's in Colorado and what it looks like to own one. I am open to many different ideas and opportunities, ultimately I just want a peaceful getaway in the Offseason but a place where for the other ten months of the year could be income generating.
