I understand how difficult it is working with children with multiple diagnosis, this was how I got started in REI my family started by working with homeless kids.

@Judy P.Are you really saying that 100% of the borrowers who have gotten behind on their mortgage and can't recover are willing to risk homelessness or a decade of moving their families into their parents' basement for a couple of years of free rent!?

We were already pretty poor so when he had to stop working we became homeless for a time.

Without missing a beat my daughter said "If they just would have been responsible and paid their rent they wouldn't be homeless when it is so cold out."

Even a homeless bum could go to Walmart, buy a cell phone, go to the library and post a free ad on CL, and now he's a "contractor".I've made it a point not to pay anybody a dime until the job is done.
