I happened upon this site and have found it to be tremendously valuable. I have been investing for several years now. My business partner and I work the wholesale market so I will be spending a great deal of time in the REO forum. I've also forwarded the link to the site to several investor friends as it has much more meat than a lot of other sites. We can never stop learning and the exchange of ideas here is really great. Talk about an old thread! I'm an investor in Denver and my wife and I are trying to figure out what makes sense with the current market. Right now we are doing corporate rentals. Are you still on this forum? I would love to get a 15 year update
