I'd advise you NOT to get any more degrees [like I foolishly did] unless it's needed to take some state test allowing you to practice your profession -- like a Juris Doctorate to become a lawyer, BS in nursing to become an RN, or any other field requiring a college degree before taking a state test to enter into a profession..

The best one I knew in a B&B cabin setting (only had a small breakfast and week end cook outs) was a nurse who worked at the hospital while living at the property and her husband was a great guy who could do it all, they lasted about 5 years before moving away.BTW, these were loans and deals that I was personally vested in, thus my personal oversight included the secret shopper vists and stays.
