We have seen some states claiming you can't use the old 2 people per bedroom limits because that discriminates against certain cultures who have big families or house extended families together.  

I am pretty sure I have them to thank for most of my success in my career thus far as the training here is top notch and the culture and agents that work in my office are some of the best people I have met in the industry.

What do you do to create a culture of success within your business and company? 

The only thing that would change that is not technology, but rather a major major cultural change.

Thank you Darian for your thoughtful response.I'm considering going to an event this week to immerse myself in the culture maybe find someone I can help and learn from. 

How well we help and support them is a reflection of our society.Another side of poverty seems to stem in culture, values and attitude.
