Hello My name is Gregory Ostolaza, from San Francisco, CA. I currently do not have any real estate experience and am working feverishly to learn as much I possible about real estate investing. I currently work in the life sciences and my real estate goal is to find financial freedom. Currently, I'm working on developing a business plan and I'll be looking for inspiration from all you lovely BP folks.

You've definetely come to the right website to gain knowledge. I would also say listen to the podcasts as well if you haven't already. I would then say start narrowing down which avenue of real estate you want to get into whether it's fix and flips, buy and hold, wholesaling, property management or many others. I would ultimately say focus on your strengths and piggy back off of that. I would also say go to as many networking events as possible. Ultimately just surround yourself with other investors and you will be surprised on how much you will learn. I would also say don't be afraid to ask questions. Every investor has their own story and it could be one that's very similar to yours. I hope this helps and good luck!!!
