I have been on BiggerPockets for a while now but I've just recently decided to get my Real Estate license to help me achieve the goal of becoming a full time investor.  

One has been evicted leaving a house in major need of repair.I have recently found that finding a contractor seems to be impossible,  any tips on how to find a reliable carpenter/ contractor? 

@George Carrasquillo - I've just been totally defrauded by an associate of Charles Lee, Kenneth Lewis who still has an active BiggerPockets account.

I've just got one more finished and everyone is telling me to market it way higher than I thought (it's way bigger than i remember) and that number alone (Pending i get it) will get me back on track to the appraised value I would like. 

From there I've just been saving my money little by little and I've managed to buy three more townhouses since then (all in the same area of North Lincoln).

I've just been looking on zillow at all the single family houses for rent and wondered why there are so many.  

I recently found a brand new 2 family construction close to Rt 139 which meets my criteria of being close to NY access. 

I recently found a sweet CASH ONLY deal that had 100k equity (40% ROI) baked in day one, but since I had no cash available at the moment I was forced to sell this deal to someone I know for only 8k and I feel that it was not a fair play and I should have asked for at least 25% of the profit.
