What device are you using?

I'm currently a financial analyst for a large medical devices company looking to supplement some extra income on the side through the power of real estate in order to eventually go into it full time.

I used to use google voice but I'm tired of it because it calls your cell phone directly.

It is rare that I have time lately to listen for a straight hour and usually, getting back to it would require another device and or location on often, another day, thus, finding my way back to exactly where I stopped is difficult.

I email the video of the home to my buyer, and tell him to give me a call back, right away on my cell if he wants the home.

I understand I can use the different EINs to setup accounts for each child LLC but looking more for recommendations on whether there are banks in and around Washington state (or online banks in other states) that allow having Primary-Cell type accounts where all accounts are housed under one roof but with the ability to have different EINs.

Digging deep into their entire life history and wanting to see all their banking information, everywhere they have ever lived, if they once paid their cell phone bill three days late, none of that should matter.  

As far as being abandoned... also try and get a hold of the tenants... work phone, cell phone, other contact info.
