I am a fairly new investor but I am looking to get a meet up group started in the Western New York/ Niagara County area.

With that said we really like the Western North Carolina side of the smokies too, we have discussed leaving Atlanta for there as our permanent residence.

From personal experience looking, I have found that a lot of Nassau & Western Suffolk duplexes need a decent amount of work (lots of old fashioned radiators from the 1970's in the photos!).
