**Mobile Home Park Investing Questions!!**

Hello everyone, I have been very interested in buying a MHP (mobile home park) for years now, and I hope to have my first this year! I know a decent amount about them but can obviously always learn more.  I read the BP's article about mobile home parks from Bryce Robertson and I definitely learned a lot from those.

They are definitely a very specific niche of REI, that large amounts of money can be made from.

Any input from current MHP investors is greatly appreciated; the Do's and Dont's!!

Also if anyone is from the **Western New York/Buffalo area** feel free to reach out to me on who to contact to buy a MHP, or if you own one/multiple and you would like to sell, since I would likely want to purchase one that is unlisted so the price isn't too crazy .
