If I knew investor clients of mine were working with several agents at once, I would be less willing to bring deals to them vice my clients who I know only work with me.

And vice versa.

So for instance, light color floor = light color countertops and vice versa.

You have no backup option, you're on a boat in rough seas and you really don't know enough about the captain to have confidence that you can get to your destination.

You may be able to find B properties that produce more ROI than C properties and vice versa.
