I ran across a website, bizcreditcentral.com, and it promises reporting tradelines to businesses as part of a subscription program. 

My car is paid off, so car insurance, gas, food, subscriptions, it all comes out to under $500 here in San Jose, CA.

That costs approximately $2,000 for the initial purchase and includes a 1-year subscription.
