Ran across a new site promising reporting tradelines. Any idea?

I ran across a website, bizcreditcentral.com, and it promises reporting tradelines to businesses as part of a subscription program.  It seems reasonable enough pricewise, but I don't know anything about them.  Does anyone know who they are, and if so, do you know anything about thir program?
