My advice would be to find a wholesaler that's looking to hire/train a new person or a wholesaler that will let you bird-dog deals for them as a starting point before running off and spending money to start a wholesaling business.I don't mean to throw a wet blanket on your dreams and plans.  

I am also hugely interested in entrepreneurship and building a company, and it is my dream to one day take a company public.On the real estate side, I am a huge believer in Buy And Hold investing, and I worship at the cashflow throne.

I've been reading up on, and mostly dreaming about, real estate investing for years.
