Hi all,

My name is Kevin and I'm currently working at a bank in Cleveland and actively dreaming about diving into real estate investing.  I am interested in building a portfolio of rental properties with the hopes that I could one day purchase apartment buildings with several dozen units and/or commercial real estate, and have the freedom to pursue that full time without the hindrance of cube-life.  My experience is minimal, though my father has been involved in buying, holding and renting real estate for over 20 years now and has taught me a great deal.  Recently I passed the CFA level 1 exam and decided to take a break and I'm spending that amount of time I would be studying for level 2 on learning everything I can about real estate investing, specifically buy and hold and renting out at this point.  I look forward to interacting with members, learning, and hopefully being able to contribute here soon!
