I see you have a strong dislike for wholesalers. the difference between wholesaler vs. agent is how fast can they find an end buyer.So if you sell a house for $200,000 and your licensed agent charges a 6 percent commission, you'll have to fork over $12,000 worth of the sale price.

While at lunch I spilled out all my concerns and dislikes to the realtor and she told me that we were going to skip seeing the rest of the homes I had picked in this area and that she was taking me to another section of town where I had two homes picked out to see.
