The idea of buying condos downtown seems enticing, but it looks like the HOA fees really hurt the math.

Hopefully you have a property that doesn't require a lobby check in or elevator access and you can work with your cleaners to promote using CDC standards of cleaning to entice those that are still scared to travel even when things open up.

Obviously a lender is much more enticed to give the loan if I have "skin in the game."

Taxes and regulations increase as well as enticements to companies so they come and pay taxes to balance these budget shortfalls.
