WE would go into the court house and pull the big subdivision maps Original PLAT MAPS Look at the streets then at the assessor site and you would find say a 5 acre tract that showed NO lots..

Tract built by publicly traded company, no way.

Digest all of this material and practice with situations that are not quite as important as negotiating a deal and you should be good to go!
