Long story short - Oma needs a lot more care than we can provide, and we need to move back to our own place so a full time nurse can move in here. 

I recently graduated with a Bachelors of science in Nursing and work as a registered nurse.

I work primarily as a nurse/admin. and have been teetering on the fence about investing in real estate. 

In my experience this is the lifeblood of the service and if you establish yourself as a good host, you will get increased demand and be able to raise your prices in the long term.I also tell all AirBnb folks to look into whether or not there is a large amount of traveling nurses or therapists coming through your area.
