What college degree: Up my W-2 or increase investing knowledge

I recently graduated with a Bachelors of science in Nursing and work as a registered nurse. So far the job has been great and I'm enjoying it. I got my degree using the Post 9-11 GI Bill so no student debt. I have enough GI bill remaining to complete a standard masters program. I am a newbie that wants to get into real estate investing (buy and hold rentals and BRRRR). What degree will be most beneficial for investing?

A. Advanced nursing degree that will lead to a higher W-2 position?

B. Masters of Business Administration (focus of healthcare)

C. Other????

Thanks in advanced
