Biggest thing to me is why wasn't the first round of capital enough, and why wasn't it brought up to 90% Occupancy ages ago?

My biggest problem is that The new six hundred thousand evaluation is something that I could deal with if I believed the house was worth that but it’s simply not.  

Granted, there's tons of issues off-market too but to me that stands out as the biggest problem with MLS.

Its funny how everyone thinks so negatively of seller finance as an investor from seller side but from buyer side everyone is trying to convince the seller how great it is for them. lets not forget subject to, the biggest scam for seller. just my 2 cents.
