What are you guys commonly seeing get dinged for repairs or updates?

Instead, any alterations would need to be implemented within the existing code.Therefore, unless you're willing to hire me to modify the tool's coding, I wouldn't be able to assist in updating the code to suit your needs.

But I am not new to caring for and  updating homes and what they mean to people.

Sometimes owners are unable to fix or update these issues prior to close.

If the lanlord does not match tax records that can only mean that they are lying or the property has changed hands recently and the tax records have not been updated (in Milwaukee it can take half a year..)
