Midday Sunday or a Tue /Wed afternoon seems to be the best turnout, when we have tried.If you have the application and they are someone that you do not feel is qualified to rent the unit, then you would not do a showing.Again, the market will determine if there is enough demand to have a policy of application first, then showing to qualified prospects second.
