It depends on if you take care of your customers or if you treat them like a nusance.
The only times I don't answer my phone is when I am in church, with a customer, on the other line or eating dinner with the family.
Besides, may be they are calling you to let you know the house is on fire, there was a break in or MAY BE, JUST MAY BE...
They are calling to wish you a Merry Christmas!!!
