Hi, and where are the best Seattle/Washington state meet ups?

Hope the day is going well.
My name is Ryan - I'm new to the business, new to BP. I recently resigned from the corporate gig to pursue a career in REI. I'm currently studying hard, squaring away my funding sources and networking with the goal of developing my team. I'm primarily interested in building a RE portfolio with the BRRRR strategy, however I'm open to flips and perhaps wholesaling IF I come across a deal that doesn't fit my target market, or I'm unable buy for whatever reason.
- Suggestions on local meetups? I'm planning on attending Dima and Tatiana's group in Bellevue on Weds (appears to be the only local meetup listed in the networking section). Or, is anyone in Seattle interested in grabbing a coffee next week?
