I can’t seem to figure out what percentage rate on late rent I can charge in Mississippi per annum?

At some point I would like to get involved in commercial real estate and 50+ unit Apartment complexes, Invest into nearby states like, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, West Florida.

I am a licensed Broker in TN & MS.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) back in 2017.

I had a brokers in 3 states   CA OR and MS.. but dropped MS  and OR  I keep CA since I have had it since 75. 

When I had my rentals in MS the only reason I ran credit was to make sure there cell phones were being paid.. if they had a bunch of collections for those types of things they were going to be problems but 500 to 600 fico is norm in those states.  

Need an attorney in Mississippi for contract for deed.

This means, Brainerd Lakes area, the North Shore, or even the Mississippi River Valley.

The market is WAY too overpriced in Traverse City to make any money.I’ve lived in both Woodstock, GA and Hattiesburg, MS so I know those markets a little more than others.
