[Lazarus Ona]

Hello everyone, my name is Lazarus Ona. I'm currently located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I'm looking to reach out and possibly develop some long term relationships with genuine and loving people. My goal to starting off, is investing in multifamily homes and AirBnB preferably corporate housing. I want to end this year making $10k a month after all expenses paid (50% rule). That goal may be high for others but I believe in setting pretty high goals, because if you fall short you still did an excellent job. At some point I would like to get involved in commercial real estate and 50+ unit Apartment complexes, Invest into nearby states like, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, West Florida. I want to leave something for my little ones before I leave this earth, want them to have living proof of wealth and freedom which is what life is all about, I had a "poor dad", I want to be my kids "rich dad" lol. And I believe real estate will play a significant role in my Journey. But for now for the remainder of this year and into next year I'm looking to stay within Southern Louisiana. Hope everyone is having a great and prosperous year so far and I can't wait to communicate with you all, If I can be of any assistance to anyone else please don't hesistate to contact me.
