A lot of people on the podcasts who start out with "no money" had someone to ask for money (mom/dad) or at least a two family household.

One idea that popped into my mind is to divide the property into condominiums.

I'd like to know the price of typical household items and associated labor costs.

I dump 10lb in each of the household trash cans in my multifamily every collection day til it's gone. 

The investor purchased the asset with the intention of renovating the units and adding value by increasing rents.South Shore remains to be one of the most undervalued neighborhoods in the City of Chicago relative to employment, average house hold income, occupancy levels and rents.

Were any of the other members of the household on the lease?

Great relocation package which included all fees/commissions associated with selling, compensation for loss of value of the NJ house, moving household goods and cars, and closing costs for the short sale house I bought in Davie, FL about 1.25 years ago. 

Along the beach in Naples there is a combination of upscale hotels, and condominium buildings.

So the first property I'm considering is in a neighborhood that makes approximately $30k/yr income per household and I'm planning on paying $50,500 for it then I'm guessing I'll spend $10k to fix it up with new paint, carpet and maybe new bathroom sinks/cabinets.
