Hi,

My name is Pablo Sanchez, I'm from Chile, Santiago and I'm interested in flipping small single family homes in Santiago.

I have zero experience in real estate, however I have a site with estimates of the purchase value in my city (www.ufm2.cl).

I'm in a partnership with an ex coworker, and so far we have assembled the team (architect and lawyer) and we have chosen the zone we want to target.

I already read the book on flipping houses by J Scott and listen to the bigger pocket podcasts everyweek.

My goal is to make at least one flip by october.

I think this community is great, but I'd be surprised if I find someone from my Country here =-)

Thanks in advance for the help.
