We are working on our first fix-up rental property in North Jersey. we took out the old carpet and took out the old drop ceilings, so quite a lot of garbage. How do you dump the garbage and how much does it usually cost?

Wait till trash day , sit by the curb with cold drinks and cash and wait for the trash truck . I gutted my own residence , and 90% of the debris was picked up by the  trash truck
