One thing I’m surprised hasn’t come up in this thread: there is a public health reason for freezing evictions...if you want people sheltering in place you don’t want them moving if they don’t have to or packing courtrooms.

I have a sneaking suspicion, that most investors would be better of letting their tenant’s miss 2-3 months of rent rather than trying to evict, but YMMV.I wish everyone the best of luck and health in these trying times.

I understand Match 9th, a statewide health emergency has been declared and hence evictions cannot be enacted on for 2 months or so but can be initiated.
