Tenants wanted to bring a friend to stay at the apartment
On of my tenants is asking me if she can bring a co-worker to stay at the apartment temporarily. Apparently the co-worker got out of a bad relationship (domestic abuse) and she wants to keep an eye on her mental health. I want to help but I know this could be trouble for my business and other tenants as well. On the other hand I understand the situation. What do you guys think or recommend?
