Currently my only marketing channel is mls through a real estate agent My goal by the end of next week is to figure out which websites to pull lists from and start to build a list of potential properties to analyze.If I am trying to buy a 4 plex off market by the end of April 2025What website should I pull my first list off of?

Hey sorry for the late reply but I have one on my website I created under the short term rentals tab it is going to be turned into a mobile app soon. 

There is also the National REIA that has REIA's all over the country. you can go to their website for more info. 

Anything on the websites is going to be competitive because everyone has access and the same opportunity. 

The unit was rented "as is"BUT the 3 prong outlets are essentially false advertising..... it made it appear that the system was grounded and could accommodate most modern devices/appliances....but it can't.

Not syndication to other websites but our own personal website?

Also, in my area, the associations often have websites where they publish their rules.

I am handy and I could handle the finances, website, screening etc. but I would need to hire contractors for some things of course.
