I just got my real estate license in Virginia. I'm interested in working with investors to help them achieve their real estate goals, because investing in real estate is a goal of my own.

To all the experienced investors out there, I would greatly appreciate your insights. What qualities do you look for in a real estate agent when seeking to partner or work with them? Whether it's communication skills, market knowledge, or something else entirely, I'm eager to learn how I can best serve investor clients.

Additionally, I'm curious about the best ways to connect with investors in my area. Are there specific networking events, online platforms, or strategies that have proven effective for building relationships with investors? I'm open to any advice or tips you have to offer.
