@ryan I am in same boat, think technology has enabled a lot of the day to day PM services to be handled by owner using platforms. 

It enabled me to get great training and support outside of work hours and you're assigned a local certified mentor, mine was fantastic.  

In Ontario, Canada, a lot of the rent to own programs enable you to select the property that you desire within a certain price and an investor buys the property. 

This enables you to better track without interrupting your day.

Having a team set up has enabled me to feel comfortable moving across the country. 

Massive infrastructure projects enable the explosive growth north of the city. 

I just started learning about REI a little over a month ago, and I must admit, I'm starting to feel a bug of (dare I say it) excitement creeping into my body as I start to see the light for potential Financial Freedom and creating something that enables me to help others while setting out to achieve my "Why!?"

My iGMS account is no longer connected, effective yesterday and in order to connect it says this:“After connecting your Airbnb account to iGMS, some of the account settings will be changed:Fee settings will change to host-only;Instant booking will be enabled for all accounts' listings;All imported iCals will be removed from Airbnb.”I don’t even want to try reconnecting it now, maybe in the morning with a clear head.

I happily pay the fees for professional and relevant advice that (1) protects me as I grow, and (2) enables me to expand rapidly.

We'll try to refinance something after the first of the year to tie up some long term money and enable additional purchases.
