Hanging my License in Chicago: Any recommendations?

I am an new investor with one property under my belt. As one who loves to continually learn new things, I decided to jump in and get my real estate license. I am finishing the pre-licensing coursework soon and should have my license in the near future. Trying to plan ahead, I am looking for a brokerage that would allow me to be part-time, but would still be willing to teach and mentor. Any suggestions in the Chicago land area or more specifically in the northwest suburbs? Any guidance will be greatly appreciated!

@Steven Chraca I recommend you take some time to determine what your goal(s) of being licensed are and then check out a few options and see which will best help you achieve that!@

I ended up at eXp Realty because it was the most part time friendly option and very investor friendly.  It enabled me to get great training and support outside of work hours and you're assigned a local certified mentor, mine was fantastic.  I also joined a local team (optional), which adds even more flexibility and support as I need it.  Now that I'm here I'll never leave because I've got multiple streams of income going and there's just amazing opportunity for growth and team building.

But, one model isn't necessarily the best one for new agents, which is why I recommend you write your goals down and then compare your options to see where you should land!  Remember, you're not married to your broker, so see what makes you the most excited and then go fourth and conquer!

Hope that helps.  Happy hustling!
