Here in NJ you need VERY specific language in your leases to collect any late fees as well as court costs Etc...Lease must state that any late and or additional fees are "additional rent" IF this isn't stated Judge and dismiss anty and all fees.Ask me how i know

It was recently brought to my attention that an out of state church corporation recently purchased some farm ground where there is an anti-corporation farming law.

I never thought that San Diego would have such an anti LL regulation.  

As for being anti-human.... ugh, really.

That sounds good to me but I'm concerned that when I'm buying properties I might run into some push-back from sellers with the anti-flipping mindset.

And because this is a government program, it's excluded from the CFPB/Dodd-Frank "high cost mortgage" anti-usury laws that would otherwise prohibit such an interest rate on an owner occupant mortgage.

L.A is pretty anti development and it seems like projects take forever to get approved and built.
