I think greater than 75 units is common.We repositioned a 88 door hotel (extended stay style) to an LW community with a shared workspace, large clubhouse, etc.We are also under contract for a new development mixed use community.

You also have to contend with (often times) tighter work spaces, lack of staging areas, neighbors with shared walls, etc.

Ask questions about culture, training, flex work spaces, company meetings/events, mentorship programs, Office/Supply fee schedules and commission splits.

Work force housing that is mostly renters, probably many cars on the street but none of the properties are dumpy and maybe 10% have been flipped recently.I’d go for a 2 bed over a 1 bed and maybe make one of the rooms a dedicated work space.

As I’m setting up a STR I find myself with both an available desk and space that makes sense to set up as a small workspace/office space to check that block realistically in a search engine, and genuinely accommodate if somebody is a digital nomad and using my space. 

Concerns would be *how to find land zoned for it within DFW with a reasonable commute to Irving where I'll be working (mind ****ing blowing from an IT perspective of what's possible & companies not utilizing it to lower their overhead by removing commercial workspaces) in person 5 days a week ~40+ hours a week.
