I live in a small area and my day job makes me very visible to the community (music teacher and gigging musician) and because of this, while I know I'm not running a scam, I don't want people to think that I am in the business of scamming if someone I was familiar with ended up with one of my letters. 

Personally, I would like it if my house was really near a church, because (as a musician) it would mean ample parking for my gatherings/studio sessions/webshows.

My point was that even guitar teaching full time at a $100/hr is not extreme wealth so the teacher can't sell himself as example of being a full time musician making big money in the music biz when he is seeking students because he is 1) not making real money (comparatively) and 2) not performing but rather teaching full time.
