I can probably do this myself with yellow printer paper and use Word or iPages on my mac.

I WANT to use my points Credit Card, but the support for credit card expense tracking in Buildium is abysmal.Tracking general business expenses not related to a rental property (such as auto, printer ink, cell phone, etc) is possible, but not really well thought out (you have to create a fake non-existent property where you track your general expenses)

We initially were going to use a local printer for the mailers, but found them to be extremely unreliable so decided to spend a little more money and use yellowletters.com, which the service was extremely easy to use and they great customer service.
