What is your opinion? Real estate job a college student can pick up.

Hello everyone! I'm 19 yrs old, and a new member here. My question is this: Is there a real estate related job that you would recommend I can pick up during the summer/ work part time during school?

I'll second the suggestion of @Jaren Barnes . Learning the ropes of property management while getting paid and making mistakes on somebody else's dime is about as good as it gets.

If you plan to get into rehabbing, then a more hands-on job would probably be better. Perhaps find a GC that would be willing to hire a newbie at a discount.

If you want to get into wholesaling, find a job where they give you free reign of the printer/stamps/envelopes ;)
