I recently found out that the SEC investment offerings restrictions have lightened up.

If you can buy a bunch at the end of one of their service (sewer/road/electric) lines, maybe they would pay you to lighten the infrastructure burden on the city.

If the seller is an expert negotiator, I would lighten up on this stance.

This could lighten the paperwork load but I guess need to weigh the cost/benefit.

HVAC guys that know repairs and know how to make it work if it can be fixed instead of replaced, paint crews with OK carpentry and repair skills, plumbers that move lightening fast, tile contractors that can do anything for super low prices.
