Blinds are cheap and there’s no sense in spending days/ weeks painting and remodeling to make it look awesome ..when you have discolored busted up blinds in the windows !

The Roof – anything can go wrong did go wrongIt was a couple months ago that we noticed something: A small discoloration where the addition the house had met with the original structure.

While current tenant may have their stuff in the unit, without it the unit will have clear signs of scratch marks, discoloration on floors or walls, holes in walls from TV or pictures, etc-etc.

Hey Paul, I had it in place for almost 3 years now and it has yet to discolor or lose its rigidity.  

Heat, lack of air movement and water can form surface mold very quickly so this was not the first nor the last time we will see moldy discoloration show up on a final punch list.  

We are getting another company to come out and give us a bid.Yes, there was a bat in an apartment and the tenant was pretty freaked out.I know, in general, that bats are good, but not inside the building.Here's a picture of the overall building and a close up of the soffitt where they are likely getting in.The guy that came out said that they are going in and out at the gap with the brown discoloration.

They are soft and all, but they can shrink, discolor easier and can pill up.

This is to say I have a couple friends in Lake Co. who have had tenants in their units that have smoked pot heavily and every surface is discolored and the smell is in everything; not to mention fire risk from growing indoors.

I'd contact the city and explain the problem to see if they have knowledge of it.Are the sinks and toilets discolored or crusted?
