Sheets and Towels for STR
Any recommendations on the best website or supplier for good quality lower cost cotton sheets and towels? I am not a major bulk buyer but have to believe that there is a more economic approach than Amazon. Thanks!

Ooooo, right up my alley @Matt Ayoub! I have done so much research on linens before buying for our place. Here is what I have learned.
We use the Grandeur Hospitality bath and hand towels from Costco in white. They are great. They wash up great, don't pill or shrink and are a nice size. I bought a few of the Mirabella towels and they are nice as well. I think the Grandeur is the best deal. Very cheap when they go on sale.
I have tried several types of sheets and most just plain suck for VR's. What I use now is the 275 thread count 70/30 cotton/poly blended sheet sets from Kohls. The Big One brand. When they go on sale, they are dirt cheap. They are a Percale weave. I would highly recommend not using anything in Sateen weave. They pill up like nobodies business. The Big One sheets wash up great, take bleach no problem and wrinkles are minimal.
We have used these products for the last 2 years and they still look great. It is getting time to do a whitening (bluing in the wash) but other than that zero issues.
We have 4 sets of sheets for every bed. That way we always have fresh ones ready to go. I have 2 towels per person the house sleeps (10 people) at all times plus extras. Always in white.
I did go buy a bunch of commercial Martex pillowcases. Pillowcases take the most abuse IMHO. They are also a 250tc 70/30 blend in Percale weave. I had to buy 50, but they were about 2 bucks each at that rate.
My personal opinion, avoid microfiber unless it is for kids beds, they don't really care and they are easy wash. I also would stay away from pure cotton. They are soft and all, but they can shrink, discolor easier and can pill up. The poly blends (no more than 70/30) are the way to go for easy care and long lasting linens.
