I'm also good at photos and copywriting so I don't need that aspect of their "marketing." 

Other marketing fundamentals, like audience identification and copy writing are also important for creating a high performing ad. 

Great advice here, but on @John Underwood's idea, the text written for the ad could be under some kind of copywrite restriction.I don't think they actually filed for copywrite protection, but there could be wording in your contract.
