We tried: 3 different types of enzyme cleaners that had good reviews, water and vinegar, soap, essential oils, lots of scrubbing, cleaned our air ducts, and most recently an odor sealer on the floor that dries clear.

There is always the rating down of vinegar to clean but with your assets and liability on the line I personal would not mess around with this problem and get it taken care of property.

Your letter might get "accidentally" brushed into the garbage can in 10 seconds flat depending on the mood of the person who reads it.You'll catch more flies with honey than vinegar...I would be neutral, calm, and objective -- state the facts only and use "please" a lot.
