You see, contractors have a precise mathematical formula on how they charge, and if you think a contractor’s fee is based on their level of expertise, the scope of the job, cost of materials, and or other factors that would make sense, well then, you’d be totally wrong on any one of those instances.Contractors have their method of pricing, and it’s all about you!

The rents have risen, but property values have risen much fast, bringing down the ROI from 10%-14% to 7%-10%....but of course considering that you can leverage these with 30 year financing and low interest rates, these are still amazing investment vehicles.

Yessir I agree i ended up finding my own inspection person to help walk me thru properties so I can gain knowledge very good investment precision is key I try to be as transparent up front when sending out my contracts to cash buyers with my format also I get pictures on all the properties to show how distressed they are so I don’t waste the investors time or mine I like to help people out and I want both parties to receive what they deserveAnother reason why I need help with building a bigger and consistent cash buyers list so I can see what cash buyers like and what numbers work for them.

They would not be involved in the purchase of a vehicle you buy, so why would they be involved in any other private purchase you make, even if it is a piece of real estate.
