Question about property listed as, "as-is, where-is".
There's a new build for sale that's sat for some time not finished. Started at 369k and is now down to 299k. The interior of the house is not finished, so I understand it listed as "as-is", but I'm confused about the "where-is" clause. Does anyone have any idea why this clause is being included and what to look into to avoid any disasters with what I'm assuming could be zoning issues? Thanks
