You need to be talking with a broker who has access to a bunch of lenders vs a lender who only has a couple of DSCR outlets. 

We ended up going with a broker at US Capital.

My insurance broker does not have a policy to cover wildlife issues and said she is not sure who would.

Currently, I am just acting as the broker, but we have explored the viability of partnering up to develop the land.

Have you looked into working with any local businesses to provide discounts for guests and piggyback off their customer base?

We're doing a very large, all custom one... garage tear down + rebuild with addition & ADU.Total build is ~2,200 sq ft with half that being the ADU (above the garage/addition).

Looking for some guidance from either property management company owners/brokers or landlords that have 100+ units managed through property management software such as Buildium, AppFolio, Propertyware, etc.. 

I do all of the work except for contract review by broker and they pay for the pm software and overhead of having a physical location for the brokerage (although rents collected and owner payments are all done online).
