We are happy to get repeat visitors, and treating them well, having a clean house, using some sizzle features, absolutely results in good reviews and repeat guests.

Also, most visitors to Puerto Vallarta don't care that much about being beachfront, unless they rent a luxury villa out of town.

The only reason I am on the STR market is because I enjoy hosting visitors from around the world. 

George brings quite a few visitors to the area, but there are a lot of restrictions as you pointed out.I don't think it is the best choice to start with.

Expect a lot of visitor when it does reopen.Moab is a bit of a no brainer as you get every 4x4 guy in the USA going there to run Slickrock. 1.8m visitors.

Much like the OR Coast, the visitors come, but the amenities and options for a 'quality' updated 2023 style accommodation it not.

., but I'm originally from Pittsburgh and still have strong connections to the area with family/friends, and am a frequent visitor to where I still consider my real "home."
